This week’s Pet of the Week is Dunkin the “Moosey-Man.” Carson Smith, Mrs. Smith’s son, named Dunkin from the cafe called Dunkin’ Donuts. He is a two-year-old newfoundland. For being two years old, he sure is a large load, and by a large load, I mean a 175 pound load. The Smith family loves big dogs, which is why they chose the Newfoundland breed. Mrs. Smith said, “We are all very big people, so we figured he would fit right in.” They got Dunkin when he was 9 months old from a breeder in Detroit Lakes. Dunkin is an inside dog, and with that being said, he has to go get groomed once a month. It takes the groomers six and a half hours to groom him! He loves taking naps and going on car rides.
